Rustic Potato Chowder

4 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
1 Tablespoon Margarine
6 Cups Water
4 1/2 Cups Red Potatoes, cubed
3/4 Cub Cubed Carrots

Mix all ingredients in a large Pan. Simmer for 15-30 minutes until vegetables are tender. Serve.
