Tomato Gumbo

Servings: 7 cups or 7 servings
 

1 Tbs. vegetable oil
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (10 ¾ oz) condensed tomato soup
1 can (10 ¾ oz) condensed chicken gumbo soup
1 soup can of water
1 can (16 oz) stewed tomatoes
1 can (4 ½ oz) shrimp, drained
1 can (6 ½ oz) minced clams, undrained
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
dash hot pepper sauce

In 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot oil, cook onion and celery with garlic until vegetables are tender.

Add remaining ingredients. Over medium heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
