| Tomato Gumbo |

7 cups or 7 servings |
| 1 Tbs. vegetable oil |
| ½ cup chopped onion |
| ½ cup chopped celery |
| 1 clove garlic, minced |
| 1 can (10 ¾ oz) condensed tomato soup |
| 1 can (10 ¾ oz) condensed chicken gumbo soup |
| 1 soup can of water |
| 1 can (16 oz) stewed tomatoes |
| 1 can (4 ½ oz) shrimp, drained |
| 1 can (6 ½ oz) minced clams, undrained |
| 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce |
| dash hot pepper sauce |

In 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot oil, cook onion and celery with garlic until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients. Over medium heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. |
