| 12 - 16 oz. Red Snapper or other light fish |
| 2 Tbs.. fresh lime juice |
| 3 Tbs. Molly McButter Roasted Garlic Flavored Sprinkles, divided |
| ¼ cup chopped onion |
| ¼ cup each of chopped red and green bell peppers |

Place fish on foil. Sprinkle with juice and half of the Molly McButter. Mix remaining Molly McButter with onion and peppers; spread mixture on fish. Seal foil packet and grill 6-8 minutes or until cooked through. Per Serving: |
