Turkey Roll-ups

2/3 cup nonfat sour cream
3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb Seasoning
1/4 cup honey Dijon mustard
4 large (10-11 inch) flour tortillas
8 leaves of lettuce
8 regular slices low sodium turkey breast
1 large red bell peppers, cut into 1/4 inch strips

Combine sour cream, Mrs. Dash and mustard; mix well. Spread evenly over tortillas. Cover each with 2 leaves of lettuce and 2 slices of turkey. Place 6 strips of pepper across one end of each tortilla. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Wrap each with plastic wrap and refrigerate a few hours before serving. Cut into
1-inch wide pieces and serve.
