| 2/3 cup nonfat sour cream |
| 3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb Seasoning |
| 1/4 cup honey Dijon mustard |
| 4 large (10-11 inch) flour tortillas |
| 8 leaves of lettuce |
| 8 regular slices low sodium turkey breast |
| 1 large red bell peppers, cut into 1/4 inch strips |

Combine sour cream,
Mrs. Dash and mustard; mix well. Spread evenly over tortillas. Cover each
with 2 leaves of lettuce and 2 slices of turkey. Place 6 strips of pepper
across one end of each tortilla. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Wrap each
