Greek Turkey Burger

2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cucumber, seeded and chopped
1 cup fat free plain yogurt
1 Tlb. sesame seeds, toasted
1 1/2 lbs. ground lean turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tea. oregano
1/2 tea. basil
1/4 tea. rosemary
6 pita pockets

Combine the lettuce, cucumber, yogurt, and sesame seeds in a mixing bowl to make a relish. place in a serving bowl and set aside. Mix the turkey, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, and rosemary in a bowl. Form into 6 patties approx. 1/2 inch thick. Broil about 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 8 to 10 mins or until the juices run clear. place in pita pockets and top with relish.

Per burger and pita pocket - 2 starch, 1/2 fat, 2 3/4 meat, 2/3 veg.
