Combine the lettuce,
cucumber, yogurt, and sesame seeds in a mixing bowl to make a relish.
place in a serving bowl and set aside. Mix the turkey, onion, garlic,
oregano, basil, and rosemary in a bowl. Form into 6 patties approx. 1/2
inch thick. Broil about 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 8 to 10 mins or
until the juices run clear. place in pita pockets and top with relish.
