Oriental Dip

Servings: 6 to 8
 

3 scallions (spring onions), green and white parts,
finely chopped
1 cup (250 ml) sour cream
1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped parsley
2 Tbs (30 ml) chopped fresh ginger
2 Tbs (30 ml) soy sauce
1 Tbs (15 ml) chopped cilantro (coriander leaves)

Combine ingredients and serve chilled with raw vegetables, chips, or
toast.
