Vanilla-Orange Protein Drink

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 c orange juice/sugar free Tang/flat diet orange soda or orange crystal lite
3-4 pieces frozen mango bit or 1/2 banana

Throw all in blender until smooth and creamy. Pour in favorite glass, kick back and pretend you are on a cruise ship to a warm island.

(Ok I just had to add a bit of an editorial but this citrusy shake has helped me jump start my days for the last couple years.)
