| 2 scoops of the chocolate Pro Complex |
| 10 oz water |
| 3 tsp Decaffe Coffee Crystals (instant coffee) |
| 1/4 cup of Sugarfree Torani syrup in vanilla flavor |
| 1/4 SF Torani syrup Irish creme (available at Cost Plus or some Costco) |
| 4 or 5 ice cubes |
| Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well. |
