6 oz. 100% pineapple juice

1/2 c. lowfat cottage cheese

Blend well.

Each recipe provides 189 calories and 15 grams of protein.

If you like cottage cheese and pineapple, this recipe is DELICIOUS. You can also substitute 6 oz. of 100% peach nectar or juice for the pineapple juice....that is nice too!
