Combine sugar
substitute and cocoa in a medium saucepan; stir well. Add water;
bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in coffee granules. Gradually
add milk, stirring well. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until
mixture is thoroughly heated, stirring often.
Remove from
heat, and stir in peppermint extract. Beat with a wire whisk until
foamy. Serve warm. Garnish with a sugar-free peppermint stick, if
desired.
