Crust
2 cups crushed SnackWells Fat-Free Cinnamon Snacks (approx. 1.5 boxes)
3 Tbs. sugar (or 1 ½ Tbs. + 1 packet of Sweet N Low)
3-4 Tbs. liquid Butter Buds
Filling
8 oz. Philadelphia fat-free cream cheese
½ cup sugar (or ¼ cup of sugar + 3 packets of Sweet N Low)
2 Egg Beaters ( ½ cup)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbs. flour
Topping
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling (regular or lite)
(if using lite, add 1 packet Sweet N Low and 1 tsp. almond extract)
1 (1.3 oz.) package prepared Dream Whip (2 cups)
2 Tbs. Grape Nuts Cereal

Press the graham cracker mixture, after well blended, into the bottom of a
9½ x 13 inch pan that has been sprayed with nonfat cooking spray. Beat all the filling ingredients together until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Insert a knife to see if it comes out clean. Let cool well. Spread cherry pie filling over the top. Top with Dream Whip, sprinkle with Grape Nuts Cereal and chill.
