Muesli Breakfast Cereal

1/2 lb. rolled oats
1/2 lb. oat bran
1/4 lb. lecithin granules
1/4 lb. flaxseed, ground in a coffee grinder
1/8 lb. raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 b. filberts, hazelnuts
1/8 lb. pecans
6 oz. wheat germ
3 cups juice apple or raspberry
3 cups organic soy, almond, or rice milk
3 cups plain unsweetened yogurt
3 cups blackberries, or raspberries, or 3 cups chopped apple or pear

in a large bowl or paper bag, combine the oats, oat bran, lecithin, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, nuts, and wheat germ for each individual serving soak 1/4 cup muesli in 1/4 cup juice for 1/2 hour before serving. for each individual serving add 1/4 cup soy milk, 1/4 cup yogurt, and 1/4 cup berries or chopped apple or pear and serve.

Store unused muesli in plastic bags or covered containers in the freezer.
