in a large bowl
or paper bag, combine the oats, oat bran, lecithin, flaxseed, pumpkin
seeds, nuts, and wheat germ for each individual serving soak 1/4
cup muesli in 1/4 cup juice for 1/2 hour before serving. for each
individual serving add 1/4 cup soy milk, 1/4 cup yogurt, and 1/4
cup berries or chopped apple or pear and serve.
Store unused
muesli in plastic bags or covered containers in the freezer.
